WHO WE ARE

Proprietary Systematic Risk Management

Financial Emergence LLC is a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) that develops technical and systematic managed futures trading programs modeled to identify short term shifts in trend and designed to produce consistent positive risk adjusted returns.

Our trading program monitors the risks of notional market exposure and leverage risk to the account and adapts the trading size according to a systematic risk and allocation model.

Technical and Systematic Trading Program

The Financial Emergence S&P Futures Program is a technical and systematic S&P futures trading program modeled to identify short term (hourly and daily) shifts in trend, designed to produce consistent positive risk adjusted returns by taking long or short positions in E-Mini and Micro E-Mini ES Futures contracts.

  • Financial Emergence does not charge a management fee. However, a quarterly incentive fee of 25% is applied to any new realized high profit in the account. This fee is calculated based on realized cumulative net profits, excluding unrealized gains or losses.
  • Customers must maintain a minimum Opening Account Size of $50,000, although Financial Emergence may discretionarily permit a client to maintain a Partially Funded Account.
  • If the Actual Funds fall below 50% of the Nominal Account Size, the Advisor will stop trading the account and inform the client of the option to either close the account, add additional funds or change the Nominal Account Size.
  • Financial Emergence executes trades in batches to FCM(s) to ensure each customer receives a fair and equal comparative price.

SPECULATION AND RISK

What are the risks associated with commodity interest trading?

An allocation to the Financial Emergence S&P Futures Program is speculative and involves a high degree of risk. A person who trades futures in an individually managed account (rather than through an investment in a limited liability vehicle such as a limited partnership) does not have limited liability for losses in the account. A prospective client must be able to bear the loss of more than its entire allocation to the account. The Financial Emergence S&P Futures Program is designed only for sophisticated investors with speculative capital, and not as a complete investment program. Prospective clients should consider these factors, together with other principal risk factors listed in the trading program disclosure document, before allocating funds for Financial Emergence’s management.
